Artisan’s Table

Take a seat at Artisan’s Table in the Clare Valley and you can expect a mixed palate of Asian and European flavours. Owner chef Roger Graham starts his menu with tapas, and offers wine matches throughout. Entrees may see him battering a chicken with besan, and mains rubbing a lamb’s rump with sharwana paste and presenting it with eggplant compote and garlic and chilli potatoes.
