Casa Carboni:
An Italian Cooking School and European Wine Bar in the heart of the Barossa Valley just over an hour’s drive from Adelaide.

The Cooking School:
Chef Matteo Carboni offers his very popular ‘Taste of Italy’ hands on cooking class every Saturday for up to eight guests. Private classes available Wednesday – Friday. Saturday’s class begins with a visit to the Farmers Market, then into the kitchen to prepare a delicious four-course Italian long lunch.

The European Wine Bar:
Open 9am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday and Fridays till 8pm. Specialising in European wines hand selected by owners Matteo and Fiona Carboni.

Lunch Wednesday to Saturday:
Coffee, house made Italian sweet treats, daily fresh pasta, tasting platter and piadina.

Lunch Sunday:
Long Italian lunch menu prepared with Saturday’s pick from the Barossa Farmers Market and local farm gates.

Friday Night Wine Bar:
5pm to 8pm
Italian style tapas, pasta, four wines by the glass, extensive wine list.

‘Sabato Sera’ Dinners:
Long table dinners run the third Saturday of the month with a delicious four-course tasting menu.

Italian grocery, home wares and gifts for food and wine lovers.

Closed month of July.
