Head Chef Matthew Inkley sources the finest seasonal South Australian produce and native Australian ingredients to create a fresh and modern Australian menu.

Try our signature Hop, Snap & Swim – char grilled kangaroo fillet on a mini quandong chutney tartlet, native pepperberry skewered crocodile tail with bush tomato chutney and crusted NT barramundi fillet.

MH-RoundWith our 100 per cent South Australian wine list you can be certain of finding the perfect drop to complement your meal.

You can join us for an evening of fine Australian food and wine, Monday to Saturday from 6pm, or choose between the hot buffet or continental buffet breakfast 7 days a week.

You could also just drop in for Happy Hour between 5pm and  6pm, Monday to Saturday.
