Beautiful Destinations is a YouTube channel that showcases stunning locations from all over the world and has recently featured South Australia’s very own the Eyre Peninsula.
Some of the planet’s most talented content creators have contributed to the channel with over 15 million views, featuring exotic locations like Turkey, Peru and Venice.
Australian creator Elliot Grafton produced this beautiful short film while exploring his backyard amid border lockdowns due to Coronavirus restrictions.
“I spent some time exploring my own backyard the past few weeks, and it has blown me away. I am so grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the world,” Elliot said on his Instagram @elliotgrafton.
The film, titled Australia’s Secret Paradise, combines stunning drone and underwater photography, with a knack for great storytelling, to paint a magical picture of our region.
“If you take even a second to really look at how beautiful your own backyard is, the native flora & fauna… where else will you ever find that? To showcase the beauty in local travel, all you really need to do is be present,” Elliot says in the video description, and we couldn’t have said it better ourselves. We love local.
